STRAWBERRY REFRIGERATOR SHEET
CAKE
 
1 pkg. yellow deluxe cake mix
1 (4 serving size) pkg. strawberry gelatin

TOPPING:

1 env. whipped topping mix (2 to 2 1/2 c.)
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (sm.)
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water; set aside. Mix and bake cake as directed in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Cook cake for 20 minutes. Poke deep holes through the top of the warm cake. With a cup, slowly pour gelatin into holes. Refrigerate the cake while preparing the topping.

In a chilled bowl, blend whipped topping mix, instant pudding, milk, and vanilla until stiff. Immediately frost the cake. Keep in refrigerator.
