COOL AS A CUCUMBER SALAD 
1 to 2 cucumbers, pared and sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 green onion, snipped
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Combine all ingredients except cucumbers, mixing well. Pour over cucumbers. Refrigerate for several hours.
