CREAM CHEESE CREPES 
8 (7 inch) crepes
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. sugar
1 pt. fresh strawberries
Sugar

Beat cream cheese with 1/2 pint of heavy cream and 1/2 cup sugar. In another bowl, beat the rest of the heavy cream and sugar until stiff like heavy whip cream. Hull strawberries and sprinkle with sugar. Take a crepe and put a few spoonfuls of cream cheese. Add some strawberries and fold both sides over center. Top with whip cream and berries. Enjoy!
