GRANDMA'S DUMPLINGS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Approx. 7 or 8 tbsp. milk or cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten

Mix all ingredients together to make a soft dough. By the tablespoon drop gently into bubbling broth or stew meat. Cover and cook 10 minutes.

Makes 12 dumplings. They are light and fluffy.
