2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. cold water
1 1/2 tbsp. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix well and pour over 3 cups shredded cabbage. Evaporated milk is the secret, regular milk doesn't taste the same.
