COLESLAW 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. finely grated carrot
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. evaporated milk
Green pepper rings

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill thoroughly. Garnish with green pepper rings. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.

NOTE: Red cabbage may be substituted for 1 cup of the green.
