COLE SLAW 
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 med. head cabbage

Shred cabbage. Place first 4 ingredients in 4 quart mixing bowl. Mix well. Add vinegar; mix well. Add evaporated milk; mix well. Pour over cabbage and mix together.
