COLE SLAW 
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Shred 1 head of cabbage. Place sugar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise in bowl. Mix well with rubber spatula. Add vinegar and mix. Add evaporated milk and mix. Pour over cabbage. Mix well. Chill and serve.
