COLE SLAW DRESSING 
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together until sugar is well dissolved and doesn't feel gritty. Then add 3 tablespoons vinegar; mix well. Pour over slaw.
