COLE SLAW DRESSING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar (cider)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Add sugar to vinegar; stir. Beat in milk until mixture thickens. Pour over chopped cabbage, onion and carrots. Refrigerate.
