COLE SLAW 
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. or less sugar
3/4 or less salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. vinegar
5-6 c. finely shredded cabbage (use food processor)

Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Add vinegar. Stir. Cover, chill for approximately 1-2 hours. Pour dressing over cabbage. Mix well. Chill before serving. Serves approximately 8.

Sugar may be substituted for sweet and low or nutra sweet.

Add a few pieces of purple cabbage for color.
