OKRA, CORN, SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. okra
1 lb. fresh & dry shrimp
1 bell pepper, green, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes or tomato sauce
Red or black pepper to taste
1/4 c. or more of oil
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
Pinch of sugar

Saute okra, onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Cook until slimes out. Add tomatoes or tomato sauce, chili powder, dry shrimp and corn. Devein shrimp, wash and cut in pieces. Add to okra mixture and cook until done. Serve over cooked rice.
