CORNED BEEF O'BRIEN 
In a fry pan, cook 1/2 cup each:

Chopped onion
Green pepper

In 1 tablespoon butter for 5 minutes. Add:

1 can corned beef hash

Heat, stirring until mixture is crisp and brown as desired. Sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Cover pan. Heat until cheese melts. Serves 2. Quick and easy!
