CORNED BEEF CORN RING 
1 can corned beef hash
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
3/4 c. whole kernel corn

Mix together well corned beef has (which has been broken up), tomato soup, and beaten egg. Pour in greased ring mold. Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on package. Add corn to mix. Pour mix over corn beef has mix. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then turn out on a service dish. Vegetables of choice can be placed in center of ring. Can use a cheese sauce when serving, if desired.
