ANGEL SWEET 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat; blend in egg. Stir in sugar, nuts, and marshmallows, blending well. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll in coconuts. Chill. Makes about 48.
