CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
6 green onions
1 head cabbage
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. sour cream
Bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese

Brown beef. Add onions and simmer until meat is tender. Add cabbage (cut in chunks). Simmer until partially tender. Add cheese and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in casserole. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
