FREEZER COLE SLAW | |
1 med. head cabbage 1 green pepper (optional) 1 carrot, grated Mix cabbage, chopped and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze out moisture. Add carrot and pepper, and t teaspoon celery seed. 2 c. sugar 1 c. vinegar 1/4 c. water 1 tsp. mustard seed Cool and pour over cabbage. Freeze. Can be refrozen if thawed to much. |
