FREEZER COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 tsp. salt
1/2 chopped green pepper
3 stalks celery, diced
Shredded carrot (optional)
1/2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard

Mix shredded cabbage with the salt and let set 1 hour then squeeze out liquid.
