FREEZER SLAW 
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Let it stand for one hour. Squeeze out.

Add:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. whole mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 c. sugar

Combine and boil one minute. Let it cool to lukewarm and pour over above mixture. Put in container and freeze until you're ready to eat it.
