1 cooked pie shell
3 oz. cream cheese
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt

Soften cream cheese with a little cream or milk. Spread on bottom of pie shell. Place 1/2 strawberries (whole or halved) on top of cream cheese.
