COCONUT DATE BALLS 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten

Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly.

1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped dates
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix well and shape into balls. Roll in coconut. Keep in cool place.
