REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. Thousand Island
1/4 c. buttered crumbs

Layer sauerkraut, then corned beef (broken into small pieces) the cheese. Mix mayo and Thousand Island Dressing together then spread over cheese. Sprinkle top with crumbs. Microwave 12 to 14 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
