REUBEN CASSEROLE | |
1 c. sauerkraut 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing 1 can corned beef Rye bread 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese Mix sauerkraut with liquid and dressing in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Break corned beef into crumbs on top of sauerkraut. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with Swiss cheese and slices of rye bread to cover and top completely. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for another 10 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
