PEAR AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
Lg. can pineapple tidbits, drained - keep juice
Lg. can pears, diced and drained - keep juice
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
Couple pinches salt
1 lg. tbsp. flour

Combine sugar, eggs, flour, salt, add to 1 cup pineapple juice and 1 cup par juice in pan. Cook until thick, stirring constantly - this makes sauce. Combine pineapple and pears in casserole dish - pour sauce over them. Sprinkle with grated cheese and miniature marshmallows. Cool in refrigerator.
