STROMBOLI I 
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 egg
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
1/2 lb. boiled ham
1/4 l. hard salami, sliced
1/4 lb. provolone cheese, sliced

VARIATIONS:

1 sm. onion, thinly sliced (opt.)
Small amount pizza sauce (opt.)

Thaw bread dough until soft enough to stretch, but do not allow it to rise. Stretch dough into a 12"x18" pan. Beat egg with basil. Brush most of egg mixture over dough. Alternately layer sliced meats and cheese on one side of dough. Fold over other side of dough. Brush remaining egg mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Helpful Hints: Spray pan with Pam. Pinch ends of dough together. Cut with electric knife.
