STROMBOLI MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/8 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 c. bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
Sliced mushrooms
1/8 lb. ham
1/8 lb. Provolone cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 eggs

Mix together ground beef, egg, basil, oregano, and bread crumbs. Pat on waxed paper into an oblong shape and layer the rest of the ingredients except tomato sauce. Roll up like a jelly roll and pinch ends. Place on pan, cover and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Uncover, put tomato sauce over loaf, and bake 1/2 hour more. Serves 6-8.
