STROMBOLI MEATLOAF 
3 lbs. hamburger
3 cloves garlic
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Onion, chopped
Mushrooms, sliced
Black olives, halved
1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Other vegetables can be added

Combine beef, garlic, eggs, basil, oregano, and bread crumbs; mix well. Place on large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil and spread mixture to 1/2 inch thickness. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese until entire surface is lightly covered. Distribute onions and olives over top of cheese. Cover vegetables with slices of Provolone. Top Provolone with mushroom slices. Sprinkle with a light blanket of grated Mozzarella cheese. Roll as a jelly roll, patting meat into shape and sealing ends. Place in large, deep roast pan. Cover. Bake in 375 degree oven for one hour. Remove and drain off fat. Cover loaf with tomato sauce and bake an additional 1/2 hour or until done.
