FRUIT CRUMB CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 eggs
3 tsp. baking powder
1 can apple, cherry or blueberry pie filling (you can use fresh fruit & add a bit of sugar)

Mix all together except fruit. Put 3/4 of the batter in a buttered baking pan or dish (9 x 12 inches). Add fruit. (If using apples, sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top of apples. Top with remaining dough. Drop dough in spoonfuls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
