FRUIT SWIRL CAKE 
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract, optional
3 c. flour
1 (16 oz.) can apple, cherry or blueberry pie filling

Beat together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and extract until foamy. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Beat until smooth. Spread 3/4 dough mixture on cookie sheet with sides. Spread pie filling on top of dough. With spoon, ladle remaining dough over top forming marble pattern by slightly spreading the spooned dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 20-30 depending on cut. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or just by itself.
