1 large box saltine crackers
2 pkgs. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch seasoning mix-org. or spicy
2 c. vegetable oil

Place saltines in a large bag (2 1/2 gallon size). Add dry seasoning mix and shake well. Add 2 cups oil and roll bag to coat the crackers, every 15 minutes. Shake or roll again to coat. It takes about 30 minutes or more for oil to soak into crackers.

Serve with favorite meats/cheeses or other appetizers.
