SWEET POTATO PIE WITH TOPPING 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked crusts. Drizzle topping on.

TOPPING:

Mix 1/2 stick butter and 1 tablespoonful flour consistency of roux. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees, then cut heat to 350 degree and bake for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 2 pies.
