SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE WITH
TOPPING
 
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1/3 stick butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased baking dish. Cover with topping.

Next, mix all ingredients for topping together thoroughly and sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
