1 box yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped pecans
1 box instant French vanilla pudding
1/2 box German unsweetened chocolate (grated)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 stick butter, soft

Mix all ingredients with cake mix. Pour into floured and greased tube or sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts and coconut (optional)

Cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, nuts and coconut. Ice cake when cool.
