FRIED CHOCOLATE ROLLS 
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 c. sweet milk

Mix together cocoa, sugar, salt, and sifted flour in a saucepan, or iron skillet. Gradually stir in milk, mixing well until smooth. Cook over medium heat until filling thickens, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute or until thickens, remove from heat. Let cool before making rolls.

Rolls: Use any sweet milk biscuit recipe or canned biscuits. Roll dough out, put filling in and roll dough up. Drop rolls into hot oil, deep fry.
