FRENCH FRIED CHEESE ROLLS 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Milk or cream
Sliced white bread

Mix cream cheese with enough milk or cream to soften. Add Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces. If necessary add more of these to make mixture tart rather than bland. Remove crusts from sliced white bread. Roll slices thin with rolling pin. Spread with cream cheese mixture. Roll up as for a jelly roll. Cut in one-half inch slices. Fry in deep fat at 360 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot.
