CHILES RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
3 (7 oz.) cans green chilies (Ortega)
1 c. tomato sauce
8-10 eggs, beaten
Black olives, sliced
1/2 c. grated cheese for garnish

Oil 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Alternate layers of cheese with chilies. Top with tomato sauce, then cheese, then olives. Pour beaten eggs over layers of cheese and chilies, lifting to make certain it penetrates then add topping and garnish. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8 people.
