CHICKEN SALAD - HAWAIIAN STYLE 
10-12 chicken breasts
3 hard-boiled egg
1-2 celery stalks
Mayonnaise
Med. can of crushed pineapple

Cook, debone and cut chicken breasts into pieces. Dice celery and mix with chicken. Drain juice from pineapple. Mix juice with mayonnaise until creamy consistency is reached. Add mixture to chicken. If chicken salad is too dry, add mayonnaise a little at a time. Add and mix crushed pineapple with chicken salad. Garnish with slices hard boiled eggs.
