1 box yellow cake mix
24 oz. canned peaches in light syrup
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Pour peaches into 13 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour cake mix over peaches. Dab butter over cake mix. Sprinkle slivered almonds on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until golden.
