1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
3/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together. Put in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Put streusel on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

STREUSEL:

1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Mix until crumbly; put on top of cake.
