CUSTARD BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. bread crumbs
4 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Soak bread crumbs in scalded milk for 5 minutes. Add salt and sugar to milk. Pour above mixture slowly over slightly beaten eggs. Add vanilla and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake in pan of hot water in 300 degree oven for 1 hour or until firm.
