CAULIFLOWER AND PEAS 
1 head cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen English peas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper

Remove outer leaves from cauliflower and wash good. Cook in microwave or pressure saucepan until fork tender. Make white sauce with flour and butter and milk. Then add the cheese cut into cubes. Cook until smooth. Cook English peas in saucepan, just until tender crisp. Drain cauliflower and put into serving bowl, then put peas around it. Add the cheese sauce over all.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
