BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen cauliflower
Frozen onion rings
2 tbsp. butter
4 oz. Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup

Put soup in bottom of pan. Then put half of cheese and half of onion rings. Cook veggies partially, put on top. Add remainder of cheese and onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
