BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) pkgs. broccoli & cauliflower
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery
1 c. instant rice
1 c. milk
1 can chicken soup

Mix vegetables with Cheez Whiz. Add melted butter, onion and celery over vegetable and Cheez Whiz. Add instant rice (dry) soup and milk. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
