BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER
VEGETABLES
 
20 oz. chopped broccoli
10 oz. cauliflower
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (8 oz.)
15 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables; drain and put in 9 x 13 pan. Cut cheese in cubes; mix with vegetables. Melt stick of butter and pour over mixture.

Crush crackers and sprinkle over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
