CAROLINA BEEF AND BEAN STEW 
1 (32 oz.) can cut green and shelled beans
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 clove garlic, mashed
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. chili sauce

Combine ground chuck, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, marjoram, garlic and minced onion and shape into 1 1/2 inch meat balls. Fry in oil until brown on all sides. Drain excess fat. Add green peppers and saute until pepper is tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until meat balls are cooked about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
