HARLEQUIN BEAN STEW 
1 can kidney beans
1 can lg. lime beans
2 cans lg. pork and beans, not drained
8 strips bacon
3 lg. onions, sliced
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Brown bacon until crispy. Drain off most fat. Add onion rings and saute until slightly cooked; add brown sugar and vinegar. Cook for 15 minutes and stir. Place beans in large greased casserole and pour sauce over. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Butter beans (#1 can) can be added.
