FRESH PLUM PIE 
Pastry for bottom and lattice top crust
Halved, pitted plums
1 c. or less of sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, in lg. chunks
2 tbsp. flour

Fill crust with plums. Mix rest of ingredients; sprinkle over plums. Dot with butter. Add cinnamon and nutmeg. Top with lattice crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done. Best when warm. Freezes well. Top with ice cream or just as good plain.
