FRESH PLUM KUCHEN 
3 tbsp. softened butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
2 - 2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Pour batter into greased pan and arrange halved or quartered plums on top of batter. Leave skins on. (11"x7" or 9" round pan.)

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Enough cinnamon to make mixture brown

Bake at 375 degrees until plums are soft, 30 to 40 minutes.
