GOULASH 
1 1/2-2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (7 oz.) box Creamettes
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1/2 c. tomato juice or tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Cook Creamettes according to package directions while browning beef. Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper. Drain thoroughly. Rinse in warm water if watching fat intake. Drain Creamettes. Add beef mixture, tomatoes, sauce or juice and chili powder. Bring to boil and shut burner off. Let stand about 15 minutes before eating. Tastes even better warmed up. When reheating be careful not to cook Creamettes too much.
