GOURMET GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 c. (4 oz.) med. noodles
1 (No. 2) can (2 1/2 c.) tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can condensed beef broth
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained

Place beef, onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon salt in electric skillet. Heat to about 350; cook and stir until beef is browned. Add noodles.

Combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper, beef broth and water. Pour over noodles. Cover; simmer at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add green pepper. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir in mushrooms and cream; heat. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
